Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vlpph ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the vlpph website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services available at vlpph.net.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the vlpph platform, or placing any wager or bet through our services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

vlpph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the vlpph website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with vlpph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming participation in the Philippines.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted by applicable law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, whether maintained by vlpph, PAGCOR, or any other recognised gaming authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of vlpph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

vlpph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the stipulated timeframe will result in account suspension until compliance is achieved.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To open a vlpph account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and mobile number. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful and not misleading.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) vlpph account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. vlpph employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Accounts found to be in violation of this policy will be suspended, and any winnings derived from duplicate accounts will be void and forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your vlpph account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your vlpph account that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify vlpph customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

vlpph will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to adequately secure your account credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws of the Republic of the Philippines, vlpph is required to verify the identity of all account holders. You may be requested to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement not more than three months old), and proof of payment method ownership. vlpph reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

vlpph accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, and USDT. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page and may vary by payment method. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

vlpph does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which vlpph bears no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full prior to withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the cashier page for each payment method.
• vlpph reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals via GCash and Maya are typically processed within ten (10) minutes of approval; bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the vlpph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. vlpph is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your payment provider.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

vlpph offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, which are supplemental to and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal may be made. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered using eligible games before a withdrawal is permitted. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are listed on the promotions page.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

vlpph maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Activities constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting promotional terms through low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies, providing false information to qualify for a promotion, and collusion with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Accounts found engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated bonus funds and winnings forfeited.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the vlpph platform — including live dealer casino games, slot games, bingo, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or on the relevant game information page. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or system error during any game round, vlpph reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Any winnings generated as a result of a confirmed system error are void and will not be paid out.

For sports betting, all bets are settled in accordance with vlpph's Sports Betting Rules. In-play bets accepted after the conclusion of an event due to data feed delays will be voided. vlpph reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vlpph platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any vlpph game or service.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live dealer poker or other skill-based games.
• Engaging in money laundering, or using the vlpph platform for any transaction involving proceeds of criminal activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the vlpph platform, its software, or its security systems.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a confirmed bug or error are void.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your vlpph account.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other conduct intended to manipulate game outcomes.

Responsible Gaming

vlpph is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all its services. We provide the following player protection tools, accessible from within your account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts or automatic logouts after a specified period of play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the vlpph platform for a specified period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. During any self-exclusion period, vlpph will take all reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing your account.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from gaming of between 24 hours and 30 days without permanently closing your account.

If you believe your gambling has become a problem, we encourage you to contact our support team to activate any of the above tools. vlpph takes all responsible gaming requests seriously and will action them promptly. Remember: gambling at vlpph is intended solely as entertainment, and is strictly for players aged 21 and above.

Intellectual Property

All content on the vlpph platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the exclusive property of vlpph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vlpph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any vlpph content without prior written consent from the Company.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vlpph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the vlpph platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

vlpph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vlpph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vlpph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Privacy & Data Protection

vlpph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

vlpph implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include 256-bit SSL encryption, firewalls, and regular security audits.

vlpph will not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third parties, except as required by law, by PAGCOR regulatory obligations, or as necessary to deliver our services (e.g., to payment processors or KYC verification providers).

Amendments to These Terms

vlpph reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will post the updated Terms on the vlpph website with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also send a notification to the email address registered to your account.

Your continued use of the vlpph platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure through our customer support team.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. vlpph operates under PAGCOR authorisation and is subject to the rules and regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the vlpph platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory or judicial authorities in the Philippines.

For disputes relating specifically to individual game outcomes or account decisions, you may submit a formal complaint to our customer support team. vlpph commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within five (5) business days.
